I am very sure the other brother is not giving wrong info as i just used my credit card to buy a lion air ticket for my sister-in-law to come over 2 days ago. I have also bought a many other tickets with Jet Star and Tiger air for my sisters-in-law for the last few years.

I took Lion air for numerous trips. Everytime at the check-in counter, they will ask to present the credit card I used for the booking to tally with their list.

For Jetstar and Tiger no need, only Lion air.

Yes it is near, Le Lai starts at the round about in front of Ben Thanh Market
