Most probably cause by urine.... it sometimes is smelly too...
Have to wash my bro every time i bath .... as in really wash... The Foul smell comes back when ever i pee .... and din wash my bro... just cleaned it with toilet paper.

You actually din state smell is after work, when you wake up, after shower or..... so very difficult to determine wat is the cause...
This is probably a matter of hygiene. Try washing after urinating or at least clean with toilet paper. Importantly is to make sure the foreskin is pulled backwards so urine dun touch the skin. Once urine stops, get toilet paper and clean forehead....  If it's after thorough washing and smell still there... consult a doctor.

most prob is not clean. i last time got it b4. coz of dirty
 . jus wash everyday plus keep ur foreskin clean. after each time u CUM oso make sure u wash it properly.

Hi,
I had similar experience, did not see doctor ... opt to wash the private with those pH neutral soap. Seem to work. I think it's just not maintaining basic hygiene that causes it. I think regular wash everyday helps. Don't use normal soap cos if you have small wound it'll get worse. Had that experience also ... before someone suggest using those sensitive soap. Hope it helps.
