Better go for a medical checkup fast.
If its is the size of a 5 cent coin, hard and without pain can be Syphilis or common Warts.

If u believe me, the lump is nothing. If u can, look carefully there is a tiny opening. Poke it and squeeze it. It will heal within few days. Weather too hot liao, everytime weather is hot , i sure have one. Hygience la..

Me got a similar experience like wat bro ghost described. I think tis is all due to poor hygiene. could be u masturbated using dirty hands or yr underwear dirty which caused this minor infection. it was pretty frustrating as i could not PCC for a week. when bathing, it really hurts! in d end i didnt see a doc but juz applied some antiseptic cream n it healed after a few days.

u can try bro storm_sucker's method to prick d lump too but be prepared for abit of pain. it's certainly healthier to release d pus rather than let it stay in yr dick which may clog n cause more pain.

of cos if condition worsens do not hesitate to see d doc.
