Such gas certainly do exist at least way back in 60's but in bomb format : I.E Drop a bomb, knock out all personnel around your downed pilot, then retrieve.

And couple years back during the Russian school hostage crisis it was proposed to pump the gas in and then go clean up...

I think have, but effect may be slower. Pour some Baby Johnson powder into a bamboo tube of a ruler length and diameter of 15mm, add one drop of HORSE urine and stir or shake well, take a deep breathe and blow out one go with all your might directly onto the person's face. If she/he does not pass out in 20 secs, use the bamboo tube and knock her/his head at least 10 good times. Good luck bro!
