There are several areas where you can get girls.
Been there heaps of times.

For FLs, go to the Jelan Legian bars such as Bounty, Paddys, MBarGo etc.
They are all close together near the south end (400m or so from the Bemo stand). So shop around.

Also the big bars in Seminyak (Double Six lane near the beach) are popular with FLs but they never seem to start till midnight. Also more expensive and taxis are a rip off here.

There are brothels in Sanur beach - several fishbowls etc. Prices are quite cheap (bargain and bargain more). Do Internet search and you will find them.

Yes it IS easy to get weed (and just about every other drug known to man) and I have bought it on the beach at Kuta in the past BUT I would not buy it now as the police are corrupted and the sellers often in with them.
