SPCA SAYS DOGS KILLED THE CAT FOUND CUT IN HALF BUT NETIZENS ARE SKEPTICAL .node-article .field-name-link-line-above-tags{float: right;}.node-article .field-name-ad-box-in-article {float: left;margin: 15px 15px 10px 0;}.node-article .field-tags{clear: both;} Post date: 30 Oct 2014 - 9:21am **WARNING: Graphic Images Contained Below** Background Story: Animal Activists appeal for Information on Cat which was found cut in half SPCA Singapore has concluded its own investigation into the case of the cat which was found cut in half and abandoned on a grass patch along Marine Crescent. SPCA had possession of the carcass and was conducting a post mortem, they concluded that it was the doing of dogs and not humans: SPCA was alerted to a cat that was found to be in parts, in Marine Crescent, just yesterday evening (Oct 28, 2014). We have, since, brought the cat's carcass to SPCA's premises, and our vets have conducted a thorough investigation of it. We have arrived at the finding that the cat's state has been wrought by the action of dogs from the community, and are ruling out the cat's condition being caused by sole human agency. We have also sent the carcass to the AVA for an independent post-mortem. We will post an update once we have derived the AVA's findings. We thank our informers for having alerted SPCA and the police to the cat's state. https://www.facebook.com/spcasingapo...52490677968155 However, despite SPCA’s claims, many netizens are skeptical and believe that what they say is not true. The comments on the SPCA staus update show many negative comments from people who believe that dogs could not have caused such a clean cut:
However, others supported SPCA's findings and pointed out that it's impossible to see from just photos:
Meanwhile, the carcass has now been passed on to AVA for another independent investigation. What do you think? Click here to view the whole thread at www.sammyboy.com. |
