FEMALE AGENTS BEWARE.
On the 12 April, I had an enquiry of an enquiry from a guy name Roy. He appeared to be serious in buying properties.
17 April he made an appointment to the sales gallery in which he was 1.5 hours late. Afterwhich, he told me he was interested and ask me for dinner. I decided to be friendly and treated him to dinner as I thought of him as a future and long-term client.
On the 20th April, he picked the units he was interested in and sent me a dirty picture. Also, he used my dp as his whatsapp dp for 3 days which i told him i was uncomfortable with.

22nd April he told me he would try his best to come down to the sales gallery to pass me the booking fees yet on the 23rd April, when i asked him if he was coming down, he asked me to shut up?

He arranged another invitation on the 27 April which i waited 2.5 hours and he did not turn up as he said he quarrelled with his dad. He told me he'll pass me the cheque the next day. Next day i waited for him since 10am nearby his place but he did not turn up. He told me he woke up at 3pm and said he would pass me the cheque at 10pm near my place.
1030pm he messaged me asking me to meet tomorrow as he forgot to withdraw his funds from his FD.
28April he visited his banker and said his FD would loose interest if he withdraw from it so he would take cheque from his dad. Again, i waited till midnight but he told me he quarrelled with his dad again. He asked me to spam call him at noon the next day.







Called him 10 times every few hours and he only replied me at 630pm. He said he will pass full cash of 1k note each tomorrow 10am. Again we opened the gallery for him on 1st May(labours day). For the entire day, he didn't reply any of my messages.
Honestly, if he weren't interested, he should let me know instead of giving empty promises and false hope. In life, some people come as blessings, some come as lessons learnt. I love my job but it's people like him who makes it less enjoyable.
So girls, please take note of him. I won't want anyone to go through the same experience as I had.
