Do you mean Singapore to Amansari is S$15? I have asked few Singapore Uber Drivers before, either they don't go in or they asked for S$60.

You need to get the referral code first before BOOKING! Otherwise u only get 15 dollars as a first time rider.

Yes I agreed with Bro Nato17. I used driver referral code before and got $20 less from my fare. The code I used is - SV7FWUE

Here is normally what I do. I have lots of credit cards lying around and I do travel quite a fair bit.

If the company doesn't provide a driver for me during my stay while I am away, I am dependant on Uber or Grabtaxi. In which case, I would just get another phone and put my credit card into that file and get that free ride. I am NOT a cheapskate, but hey if someone gives you something, why not take it. Besides, Uber VIP is already within my reach.

On a side note, this is just own two cents worth. Grabcar is falling behind Uber big time. The pricing is now NOT transparent and it tends to be more expensive than Uber. Which is why my company has made the move to Uber ranks though Grabcar is local. Pity because I feel that those who have invested in Grab will get cents to the dollars one day. Only my own two cents worth.

Yesterday I try to book Uber in Singapore from Geylang to MBS..... they want my credit card details before confirm the booking. Luckily I was able to catch a Citycab that was just drop off passenger at that moment.

Uber use credit card. You need key in your credit card details in your account details.
