There is no way you can ensure that you don't get any diseases when indulging in commercial sex. There is always a risk.

Condoms can fail and even if they don't there are some STDs which can be easily transmitted even if a condom is used correctly throughout.

The only way of enjoying sex without any risks is if you do it with a partner who is free from all infections. Such partners are a rare breed nowadays.

I suggest you don't get any escort! Once you started getting one, it could be addictive! You might even end up feeling guilty etc. and sometimes struggle with some imaginary diseases..
