The safest KTV will be the ones in the arcade centre.
You just need to change the tokens and then 10baht per songs. Have songs menu to choose from but from files not from the tv screen

U can try Carnival KTV near Rachada Soi 17.I passed by this KTV at night.
Can only remember the past in BKK with sweet memories. Chok Dee !
