It seems that if what you are worried about is HIV, it will not be detected directly. HIV takes a while to be detected

do note that u need to do it within 72hours after exposure..

as for HIV test , the earliest you can do will be in about a months time after exposure,however it wont be conclusive... do another test in 3-6 month to be conclusive.
