Singapore has licensed brothels and a Women’s Charter that makes it legal for women to prostitute themselves.

A foreign FL in Singapore on a holiday visa will be deported if they are caught, for violating their visa terms, not prostitution.

Note: a domestic worker who does house cleaning as a side gig, if caught, will be deported for violating their work pass conditions.
