I encountered that hotel before too, after adding a contact on WeChat. Vietbus offering 150/1s and 200/2s. Made an appointment at 4pm, reached, but then the person became uncontactable so I left after waiting for a while. The girl (or pimp probably) finally messaged me back at 5pm apologising, saying "she" fell asleep and missed the timing. Looks like I dodged a bullet, luckily.
