One of the things i learnt about sniping is that the best time is always when a new family/couple moves in , because curtains seem to be last of their priority. This gives you afew days of curtain-free time to snipe , weekends are usually when they start going shopping for more stuff dor their house. So be sure to snipe as much as possible before the weekends. Camp for 3 days before getting the perfect shot, sniping isnt as easy as you think, and it requires determination. An easy snipe is also often not a "shiok" snipe.

I beg to differ your recommendation. As I am keen to photo birds, I use a Canon 75-300mm f4-5.6 telephoto zoom lens. It is a good choice to pick up distant objects and you also use it for portrait shots. Of course, you need to get a Camera body. There are also other choices like Nikon and Sony. You could pick up a third party lens such as Sigma 100-600mm f5-6.3. A budget of about S$1.5to 2k for the body and lens.

Just using my naked eyes, her entire window is 1/4 the size of my pinky finger nail, from where i am .
