Dude, that is considered really good for Desker standards considering that it was just renovated. Ask the OGs here of their memories BEFORE the renovation. Waay too early. The earliest i've seen them open is at 3pm but the good ones either are still getting ready or haven't arrived to the location yet. 4PM is your best bet.
