I been staying there for few months it a girl friendly hotel if u want i ask the hotel to give special rate of USD 30 per nite for std room as they usually charge normal rate for USD 35 (STD ROOM)
If u need a girl last min for special need you can ask the bell boy to find for you

I was booked in at US$60 per night..My goodness..Maybe can ask for more discount rate when I checked in..

Boss Hotel is located at the beginning of Truong Dinh, District 1. Very near to New World Hotel and Cho Ben Thanh. You can't miss it when you come in from Le Lai Street.

As a foreigner, u need to notify the District Police on how long you will be staying there. This only applies when you have a valid visa. The distirct police will give you a `So, Khai Bao Tam Tru, Tam Vang' . With that, you can officially stay there.
