Now his company not only buy-sell house in Singapore, they do Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and sometimes USA, Eurpoe and China too.

Business booming for him!!! that is why house-viewing got until 11pm one mah.. Sometime in USA or maybe Europe

Quan An Ngon is veri touristy eatery ... but it offers a good varieties for local food tasting. Quality wise I personally feel is so so.

I salute you to be able to locate Rona by simply walking without direction from Quan An Ngon. It's off the main road. I used to patronage the HC and KTV on tat building but quality wise has dropped.

Another HC tat you can give a try is at Vien Dong Hotel along Pham Ngu Lau street. The HC is on the 1st Floor. Damage is similar to Rona. But be warned it can get too crowded at certain nite.
