Yo to all bro in here need your help on behalf of my
My frd his wife it not a PR yet..... he is a (SG man) and she it a (PRC girl) the girl just a LTSVP he love her in the 1st place it the feeling but later on they after 3yr togethere things had been change, look like no more love, feeling & concern last last time before they are togethere liao..... now my frd keep going to ktv to drink after his 2nd gf went back to china liao

and his 2nd gf wanted to get married asap cause she not young liao she 30 if not wrong she it a divorce woman back in china..... my frd think that she it the right girl for her liao cause when last time he and his wife when dating togethere she don't so concern and caring after a yr been togethere then both get married..... and his this 2nd gf just with her a months plus she really concern him alot lor maybe you guys might said she going after his money or get married to get PR but my frd are not that rich at all and he unable to get a PR for her as well but that girl don't mind....

By the way my that frd have not told his 2nd gf that he's married.... what u guy/bro think should he tell his 2nd gf back in china tell her the true that his married?

how it work?

the agent will get a company letterhead letter to say that the company is asking the ger to come sg for business trip.
the ICA will give 2 yr business pass.
in this 2 yr, they can come multiple trip,
each time range for 30days + extend 14 days.
after they go back, they had to stay in china a certain days before they can come sg again. if i not wrong, it is 30 days.

but if the company, suddenly close down or watever, the business pass can be cancel.
your gf 50% time in sg, 50% time in china
you think the $$$ will spend?

mostly is a trading company or a "empty" company

they just register a trading company
(trading mostly easier link to china, say they supplier's agent)
then they make the company letter head and stamp
then they use it to apply for those gers to come sg

but ICA not stupid lor
if the agent use the same company to apply 20 over gers per year.
so mostly the agent had 20-30 companies on hand to apply.

and the business visa will be cancel if the sg company is close down.
so the risk is very high especially is a "empty" company.

agree.though its 2 years visa,that dont mean she can be here for 2 years.
its still a multiple visa and NTL is still a possibilitity.if her city can only have short term visa,can consider.
like another bro mentioned,try student visa better,can stay all the way and learn english at the same time.

For PRC, if they are applying for student pass they need to go Singapore embassy in Beijing with all the documentation and it include a certifcation from a bank they have a fixed deposit of RMY160,000 for six months.

for those private sch that register with moe(ministry of education) ,
the want-to-be students no more need to go singapore embassy in beijing for interview liao...

as for fixed deposit, that can be settle for a fees by those bank manager in china bank.
in china, as long as you got the CASH, everything works.
