Anyone here can assist me?? I know there is pre paid card to call SG in HCMC.

1) where do buy??
2) Which brand has the best rates and quality??
3) How much?
4) can talk how long?

Can use internet phone to call wat. Cheap but quality is so-so. There's one call Evoize and i think most computer shops sell that. I personally is using saigon net phone. 100,000 VND can call Spore for 390 mins. Quality is so-so as the ADSL speed here is inconsistent.

So it is the same what SG has?? Buy a $10 card, call a number, key in pin and dial the destination number.

Yea , its the same as any other internet phone around the world. Buy card, key in pin number and dial the destination number. Actually i was trying out yahoo messanger with voice, very clear. But it can only call from computer to computer.

Ya thanks, it is cheaper to use this service. Now Viet mobile call SG mobile, soon it gonna kill me.

There r a few chat applications, like skype, yahoo messager... the only draw back is both parties need to have a computer. Furthermore this is a striction for me, cos I need to be at home.

If the person uses the Viet Pre paid card to call Singapore, it will cost around 40,000 VND a min, and that kills. 10 mins of call will cost u more than S$40. I've had enuff of all these huge bills, especially when i used to use auto roaming.

can try SITC, think they got quite a number of offices in HCMC. been seeing their advertisments quite regularly.
