Yes, I agree with you that this is an open forum. It is ok to talk about their own personal experience, but to jump into a conclusion after associating with some ladies from the Bars/Disco and jump into a conclusion that 0.01% or 8000 female Rich Vietnamese are good ladies

Very interesting post. I've never felt comfortable juggling any number of girls who I have no intention of getting getting seriously involved with, knowing they have serious expectations. We're all different, and I'm a type who just can't handle the stress of that. And that's what it is for me, I get stressed out by it. I don't enjoy it. I know people who have no trouble with it and spend their whole lives (as long as I've known them at least) very happily juggling these situations. We're all different.
Anyway, for myself, I've always restricted myself to girls who would not have any expectations -- so the ones I would pay, basically. And even some of those sometimes start to want something more.

If you pay for it, after a while they see you as a source of "steady" income. IF they have no customers, they know they can depend on you to "engage" them.
On the flip side, maybe they look at you as a ticket out of "poverty"??? its anyone's guess. I have experienced both as I am sure there are many in here who have also experienced both.
Be in anywhere else, you know outright, most girls just want the money, it is just that VN women are very "reserved" in letting others know what they want. However, there are also those who will outright tell it in your face.
Not necessarily money -- in terms of attachment I guess. Or their contacting me to try to get together, or sending the 'what are you doing?' kinds of text messages. Of course we're talking 'history' here -- mostly in my first couple yrs in HCMC. But a few afterwards. I never felt totally comfortable about cutting those cords whenever that started to happen, but I always did.

After posting this, I realized that there's one key detail that I wasn't forthcoming about, regarding the last few years until recently, which is that I had one steady girlfriend all that time, which was one more reason for my feeling stress, since a girl might text or call at any moment, and that moment might be when I was with my girlfriend. Also why I'd only go with ones with no expectations. But prior to that, when I was totally single, I'd even feel uncomfortable with any movement of things in the direction of 'steady'.
I was talking to Reaper, and he already knew this key detail, and also another key detail about my current status which I'll just save for another time if that's ok.
Can some kind brothers help me out with a question I have regarding motorbikes in Saigon?
Reason being, my baxa's birthday is coming up soon, and am looking to buy something nice for her.
I've already settled on buying a motorbike for her since the one she's using is a pile of crap and breaks down so often.
Preferrably I'm looking to get a bike with those seats that can lift up to reveal a compartment that can store helmet, sunglasses, snacks, etc, etc because her nice helmets always get stolen.
She doesn't know I'm intending to buy it yet, but looking to see what kind of budget i need to set aside for it before i tell her.... later say want to buy but cannot afford, damn lose face. Hehe.
Anyone know of a price range?
