Continuing.....

That Sunday evening was totally different from Saturday. I was feeling lousy. My hp remain silent for the entire evening till night. Pinning so much hope that June might call or sms me.

Monday was worst. 1st day of the week blues plus I couldn't concentrate on my work. Costantly thinking of June. Keeping flashing bits of her, things that brought us together.

My phone still without her call. Had tried to send her a simple sms but just couldn't find any reasons to sms her.

Tues remained the same. Cannot commit mmy heart and soul to my work. Worst than monday!

Wed finally I sent her a sms in the morning. A very simple "Hi...how are you."
No reply throughout.

Thur afternoon I receievd an sms while having a meeting. It was June. "I am fine. You?"

I immediately replied, "Not good. Mind is pretty occupied by certain thing. How I wish I could find the answer."

1 Hour later she replied, "Hope everything works for you. You take care."

I returned another sms to her. "When will you be free for a munch?"

She replied, "Don't think I can make it on weekdays. Will call you when I can."

My heart was almost sank to the rock bottom when I saw the replies. I was so discouraging. First of all the sms didn't sound good. It was obvious that she sensed something was happening between us. Secondly, she was rather cold in the sms.

"Would I lose her eventually?" I asked myself....

I alway did it and the ending is not that desirable.

Nowaday I enjoyed the feeling of 2 ppl liking each other more thn fucking the prey within a few days.

Continuing....

About 3pm plus on friday, I received a SMS from June. The SMS read: "Hi...are you free for a drink....?"

Immediately I replied, "Ya sure! Time? Same place?"

She replied, "7.30pm? You should be done by then right?" Else you suggest?"

Me returned, "7.30pm sounds good. See you at the carpark. See ya."

Time ticked second by second. Finally reads 6pm. Went home, washed up and changed to a party clothes. Wore my best perfume then made my way to June's place.

When I reached her place she was already waiting for me at her apartment's foyer. She was wearing a pink top and a skirt. I love to see girls wearing pink top as it is the most eye-ctaching colour for guys. The pink top just fit perfectly well for her. Another difference is the perfume. It was different from the very first day when I met her. However it was equally alluring for me. The perfume smell has me turning upside down for her!

Me: "Hi, long timee no see."
June: "hmmm...ok...quite a few days already ya."

Me: " How have you been?"
June: "Good and bad."

Me: "Hmmm! Care to share?"
June: "Maybe later. So where shall we go?"

Me: "What do you prefer?"
June: "just a light want will do."

Me: "Hmmm...what about Seah Street or Purvis Street?"
June: "Nice. We will go there take a stroll and then decide ok."

Me: "Alright. let's go."

As it was a friday evening, traffic was very heavy. It tooks us about 40 minutes just to reach Bugis Area. Along the journey, we listened to my favorite Michael Buble CD. As usual she started singing to the tunes. However I realised that she was somehow not in her ownself. I can feel that she was unhappy. All the songs she sang was rather sorrow.

Was there anything wrong? What had happened? Does it concern me? Questions started brewing in my mind. I told myself to watch what I am gonna say that night in order not to made her unhappy. I shall kepp the atmosphere nice and comfortable for both of us.
