Yah you are rite there are no such rules in ICA however I won't really advise anybody to go and dare or challenge them openly, best approach is still to talk to them calmly/politely and request for the quoted formal regulation why not allowed and then telling them you need this because you either want to write to ST or to clarify further with their Commissioner later

Hi bro skyfree, so far I've been to HCMC to meet 4 different girls on 4 separate occasions.

1st girl is Hong, a 20 year old syt I met in a pub in JC. When I touched down at the airport, I immediately brought her to Palace Hotel to have sex. But she left the hotel crying because I refused to follow her to see her parents. I have no intention to marry her, so I didn't want to give her any false hopes.

She frightened me off by constantly asking me to marry her. To have her as a social escort is pretty good, but not as a wife.

3rd girl is 22 year old Cam, whom I met in a Geylang ktv. All my kakis said that Cam is the prettiest girl in the ktv, and it makes me feel very proud. I visited Cam once in HCMC, and even brought her to a 3 day/2 night tour of Dalat city. But soon I grew tired of her as she became too sticky to my liking, and always demanding money from me, and always asking me to buy her air-ticket so that she can come to Singapore. She even said that she is waiting for me to marry her in 2010!!

4th girl is Phuong, only 24 years old. Everything is good and innocent about her. And she refused to follow me back to my hotel. Even when we went to Dam Sen Park for swimming, she refused to change to swim-suit or bikini as she was too shy. I suspect she's a virgin.

All the 3 girls(except Phuong), want me to follow them to meet their parents. They all want to marry me so that they can escape from their poverty and live a good-life in Singapore. But I'm sure that's not what I want from them.

So bro skyfree, if you ask me, I say go for it. Vietnamese girls are fun and good-natured to be with. I loved to go everyway with them on their scooters. I get to hold their tiny waist and breathed the freshness from their hair.

I think it's good to have someone to be your tour-guide in Vietnam, and someone to sleep with at night at the hotel. But must practise safe-sex and re-imburse them well at the end of the trip. To show my appreciation, I always buy perfume, cosmetics and clothings for them. I always enjoy and look forward to my next trip to HCMC with great anticipation.
