Caser Hotel located between Windsor Hotel and An Dong Market. Go in to the hotel, turn left, up a flight stairs, take lift up to top floor. PEople there speak mandarin/cantonese. Good or not is subjective.

Not sure how to get there, ask hotel bell boy.

I learn from Chai Tao James Bond. But I never put to use in HCMC.
I only visit 1 gal while in HCMC.... only lately got 2nd one
Lately my backyard not very fertile.
Few months back, I chop off all and root 1 tree to plant it in the front with my 1st tree.
