Thanks to the excellent FR by Bros' in the past, I can locate Eve anma quite easily.

Take Line 7 metro and stop at Hakdong. Take Exit 3 by escalator or lift. If you take escalator, this is trickly, as you will face wrong direction on the street. No worry, turn around and you see Exit 3 lift at the corner of the intersection. Walk back to Exit 3 lift. Stand at the door. Look up. You can see a black sign board "Eve" about 30m away on the façade 3rd level of a building. Walk towards the building. Just before you reach this building, you will be crossing a very small alley; look right; you can see Eve entrance.

Eve is at the basement. A korea middle age lady was at the reception. I told her 'event' as if this is some forms of coded message, haha. Then she punched a calculator, 240K won. I tried to bargain. I am thinking of putting together some sort of guide to Seoul if people are interested in navigating anma and maybe even club or officetel scenes. You do really need some sort of Korean language facility to be able to fully experience Seoul. Or any part of Korea. But a shared document with some translations and phoneticized PPP hrases could go a long way. A mobile app would be even better.

The scene is certainly not dead. Far from it. You just need to be able to negotiate an ever-changing environment which even natives have a hard time doing. Another factor is, to be frank, xenophobia. Korean girls can be weird about foreigners and they are quite different from Singaporean girls in this respect. Generally speaking, Korean women tend to be somewhat Asia-centric and less open to Western men.

If anyone has suggestions on a good format for a guide to newbs, I am all ears.

Enter the door and walk down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and proceed down the hallway.

Don't worry if the large double doors at the end of the hallway are closed. They could see you as soon as you walked walked down the stairs. They will open the doors when you reach them.

Little known tip: Preferred customers (the girls talk and your rep can spread to management) can ask for the special room. It's a room in the back with a really soft queen sized bed.

It's not a brand new establishment but it's not a dive either. For those that are familiar with Hera, Ace Anma is owned by the same person so rates / services are the similar. 220,000 for Koreans or 240,000 for foreigners. Prices may go up soon or already have. They have their 'ace' (top-rated) girls which stick around but they have "new faces" every month. Like Hera, this anma utilizes the dorm room system (for more information on anma's various systems just ask) so each room is very clean and often decorated to the girl's taste.
