Usually a front area with a few random tables and chairs (with no customers - the furniture is for show only). This front area usually has pink-hued or soft lighting. Some places don't even bother with the furniture. A dead giveaway is that there's usually a handful of girls waiting around in front of the shophouse.
Another give away. Tinted glass doors / half metal half glass doors and in the front entrance, got a few tall potted plants to block the view of the bikes parking inside.

Thats right i have had situation where its 200k for one pop some include the hotel for that price, or 300k for 1 hr...but u can go twice if u want...for cute gils i like to take my time

So if any tourist class cheongsters insist they only want girls who can speak some English or Chinese (and i dun even know what kind of quality conversation these girls can hold), then they are asking for nego in US$ lor... ;-)
As for Cat-Walk girls... i would just say... maybe more make-up and more dressed-up... more classy... to nego more US$... there are many alternatives to Cat Walk such as those Jap karaoke. But i tihink Pho24 made the right point... all these girls outside of D1 is NOT the same packaging as those in D1.

Anh Deptrai, the above is not true. Jap bars/KTVs in HCMC are purely cutthroat. Most tip girls and charge to company account. that is why can tip them VND500K minimum. Also most of the jap bars / KTVs got no KTV one. Only go inside sit down I look at you , you look at me.

Japs are big spenders...but always on company account...so try to avoid places that Japs go...
