Did my city jog alone today and bought a Starbucks and stroll home.

While strolling back, finally had the chance to admire Singapore.

Definitely not the Singapore I used to know but evolution and changes as human progress are inevitable.

Well, my days will be over soon, just hope that my kids will like the New World and the New Normal.

Even a simple 10km run is giving me "achilles tendinitis". Got to rest for a few days again.

I did this in India before cos I lived there for abit, the nicest run I had was on the munnar mountain in the southern state of Kerala, cool mountain with tea plantations abit like Cameron highlands.

I wore dri-fit T shirt n shorts to run in Hanoi, it was summer. I didn't wear singlet or anything too little.

they would live in a much scarier n uncertain world than us. I feel for them n also worried. the north/south pole melting at alarming rate, humans are doing too little too late that u see super rich are starting to do trial space rides in prep of what, u know i know.the commoners like us didn't really have tht choice. sometimes I wish i can turn bk the clock and we are back in the 80s the golden era again
