there are a few crocs there, as in real reptile not the human buaya version. there is one call tailess n its really without tail, sometimes u can spot it lazing ard

not yet la. long way more to go. Imagine each property you borrow about 65% to 70% and return over 20 to 30 years.

I have a lot more debt than cash. At low season like now, the citizens complain about foreign talent chasing away foreign investment at the same time, quite a few of the units are left vacant.

No tenant = no rental = I have to pay for the instalment out of savings.

Nightmare lor.

Hi bro,

I am also trying to diversify my investment as I am mainly in stocks. Saw this video in YouTube and apparently based on his sharing and calculation, not sure whether owning properties is really as efficiently as investing in stocks? Can you kindly enlighten me since you have many properties
