利用QQ、微信等社交平台组织、介绍色情交易，有专门的人发布招嫖信息，短时间里组织多名失足女在酒店实施 卖淫活动。这个团伙，分工明确，组织严密，还运用了一定的“科技含量”。

近日，下沙警方将“盘踞”在学源街快捷酒店的这个网络组织卖淫团伙及其团伙分支，连根拔起。通过审查，警方 对涉嫌组织实施卖淫的22名犯罪嫌疑人采取了强制措施，对另外14名违法嫌疑人采取了行政处罚 。

学源街一带搜“附近的人”

满屏幕是招嫖信息

“需要小妹服务的请联系QQ……”

“小妹在某某酒店等你……”

今年7月份，下沙警方发现，在学源街靠近高沙附近的快捷酒店附近，只要通过QQ或微信等社交工具查找附近的 人，就会出现大量疑似色情交易信息。这些“附近的人”，大多显示为露骨的淫秽色情信息和照片，写有“300 元一次”、“到快捷酒店电话联系”等。侦查员甚至一度发现，晚上20点至23点时段，在学源街的快捷酒店周 边，如果打开QQ搜索“附近的人”搜索，整个手机屏幕都被这些信息所覆盖。

侦查员还发现，有的快捷酒店外长时间站着人像在放哨，而酒店某个房间不时出现新的“访客”。侦查员认定，这 应该是个组织卖淫团伙。

随着侦查的深入，警方发现，这个团伙发布网络招嫖信息用上了“技术手段”。

事后，据抓获的团伙主犯丁某交代，招嫖信息密集出现在学源街快捷酒店附近，是通过“天下行”和“任我游”等 软件来实现的。丁某和他的“键盘手”们，虽然远在其他城区，仍可以利用软件，将他们需要发布的信息大致发布 在指定的范围。只要在学源街，打开QQ搜索“附近的人”，铺天盖地的全是丁某等人发布的招嫖信 息。

在组织者领导下

键盘手、管理者、失足女分工明确

“键盘手”是发布网络招嫖信息人员的俗称，是这个团伙组织架构的组成。在这个团伙内部，他们分工很明确，丁 某、杨某、张某属于团伙的第一层级，他们指挥“键盘手”发布招嫖信息，分配每日收入，提供团伙人员及失足女 吃住；第二层级为失足女的管理人员，如收银人员、开房人员和望风人员；第三层级才是失足女。

- You’re in China! And foreigners, too used to the “due process of law” instinctively revert to this thinking even when caught with their pants down. Bad mistake, for in China it’s rule BY law.
- IMHO, best to NOT even mention your consulate etc., as it not only automatically puts them on the defensive, it brings out their Nationalistic fervor. And remember, not even the U.S. can do much, not even when they bring out their Secretary of State etc. And for sure, no country will make a peep about mongering cases for it’s impossible for ANY government justify defending illegal and immoral acts.
- I speculate here, but I can imagine that this monger probably argued instead of trying to settle; a big no-no because too many LE actions are ONLY geared towards lining their own pockets. The more you argue, the more they’re gonna be adamant and build their case to justify their actions to their superiors. “….our SG bro refused, thinking that the amount is ridiculous…” Really?
- Calling in a Canadian Lawyer to negotiate? And a translator with him? Oh my! Got a nice fat fish on our hands here!
