Yup yup. Oh bro, got one question, might sound stupid, but I can't make it out for my life. Went to airport wif gf last sat, saw at the UOB counter the Buying is 4.516 and the Selling is 4.132 or something like that. How do I calculate out the rate of exchange? 1/4.516?

Are you talking about Suvarnabhumi Airport or Changi Airport?

i did a change at BKK's airport while on transit a few days ago. it was 23.43 to 1 Sing.

You really mean 100/4.516. Logic is that you are either buying or selling foreign currencies to your HOME currency. So buying bht100 costs you S$4.516*. Reverse order when in LOS. Selling your S$1, you get bht23.XX. (LOS home currency). *Works out to 22.14, which really sucks

yea airports rates r the worst dun ever change over there even if u got no choice, changing at Thailand hotel is still better than changing at the airports, i always notice airport rates are always at least 1.5baht or more lower

Thanks all the bros for their advice. Heard that the Thai airport there got some auntie money changers who give a better rate than the airport money changer counters, would that be a better choice? Or change in BKK city better?

Coz my funds only come in on 1st Oct which is a holiday...then 2nd oct early morning flight so no other place to change.
