You are right! If Property consultants like u go cheapo joints or consume things that are cheapo (take bus, eat at hawker centre, etc), will be Laughed and Disgusted by ppl. So dun consider such things if not u will be stained by the insults of CHEAPO and always be with u forever.

your job as a property consultant is to recommend customer for a good buy. That is your responsiblility.

Big deals are made over cheap coffee at kopitiam or just a phone call. maybe you still new to the industry.

the agents that work with me want to buy me dinner and meals or send me hamper, i do not even entertain them. I just ask them to get the best price for me and pay them the commission they deserve.

The industry really needs to be regulated as there are lot of unqualified people.

Your customer is not cheapo, he know what you are worth la..

I tip gals in jazzy more than those in Dynasty and Tian An men and I know some customers in Jazzy tips their gals $100 most of the time.

You are wrong about beng & seng in this joint. People coming to this joint consist of all background, you just dunno because of the way they dress and you never been here often. You will be shock if you know who are the people that come to this joint.

You should go out more often rather than to be in the small ktv room with your High Rolling property consultant.

haha, but coming back to the gals, I have not been to Jazzy for a long time because of some reason which i cannot say here. But i still sometimes send my "girlfriend" to work there.

I put "girlfriend" because she say she love me only and hopes to be my wife, but i know there is a lot of other customers going after her...

But do you really thing she can be my wife?? haha.. i dun think so..

Some of the things that she tell me is just hard to believe as she is a working lady..
