In this modern society we are trapped in this rat race of finding more money to sustain our lifestyle.
Unless you say you find a piece of land and do farming for the rest of your life to sustain then I've nothing to say.

In short managing your finances and personal life are very similar to running a business.
In a successful business cost control (your expenditure) is very important as it will boost profit margin (your disposable income/reserves).
The faster you can build up your reserves the faster you're able to accomplish your goals.
That will require some adjustments and overhaul on your lifestyle from time to time.

You can look at Trump kpkb Boeing and Lockheed Martin is ripping the US government off!
All successful businessmen or CEOs are very giam siap to some extent.

Nonetheless good luck with your goal.
Rome is not built in a single day.

My 2 cents..

Get the know how of making those Springy and tasty fishballs in Singapore first.. Once the taste is at the desired standard, move the process and equipment over. Lots of restaurants are looking for nice fish balls.

FYI, these fish balls we get in Thai steamboat restaurants are nonsense. Expensive and taste awful.

Equipment should not be expensive.. Start small and grow big from there. Who knows one day CP may just buy your company over for 100mil THB.. Then u can retire comfortably in LOS. LOL.

Fish Ball

I think the mediocre fish ball taste you can find in Singapore hawker centre also better than the ones served in Thailand restaurants!

Machine made and hand made is totally different.
Hand crafted food can move up the value chain (higher profit margin) better as you are doing exclusively for your own restaurant.
Customers are willing to pay more for your unique taste.

Attended a funeral wake yesterday. While at the wake I was seated near a table where the grandchildren of the deceased were gathered and could not help overhearing their conversations. Instead of grieving the deceased, these group of young adults were discussing the assets of the deceased and how much each of them will be getting as their share and how they are going to spend their windfall.

I always tell my friend, if u have assets and cash, a will is very important. Anyway, chances of grand children getting the fortune is very slim.

Recently went off road with PIL in province... now then I realise why some love this much. Anyone here like driving off road with all the mud, lakes, uneven road on 4 wheels drive?

This is quite a common mindset amongst the younger generation. We often have young executives coming to train in our dojos and these yuppies always complain and bitch about how unhappy they are with their work life. They all want to retire early if possible. I always have a question whenever one of these trainees start bitching in my class. I ask him/her what plans they have put in place to enable them to quit the rat race early. A fairly common reply is they are waiting for their parents/relatives to kick the bucket and live on the inheritance.

C'mon... these are university graduates and holding executive/management positions in big corporations and they have these type of mentality. Instead of working hard and saving to build their own nest, their retirement plans are to wait for their loved ones to die and live on the inheritance. Damn pathetic.

Good that means Thailand will never catch up with the rest in Asia as long as the younger generation have this kind of twisted and lazy mentality.

20 years down the road Thailand will still have sex tourism for many years to come.
