Just to add on, many swinger parties are hosted in some 5 stars hotels in the family suite. Invitation are upon invited and costs are sharing between couples and mates.

problem is usually with 3-4 couples in the room its hard to keep it "discreet and private" as the rooms are not as sound proof as we'd like.. lol.. next door neighbours would complain and some one from the front desk or security will start knocking on the door and ask everybody to leave..
