I think diamond can and some sort of graphite stones material can.

Sapphire glass can be scratched although hard to do so.... if scratched you could use diamond grade polishing paste with compound or jeweler's grade cloth. the biggest downside to sapphire glass is if it shatters or cracks.

With regards to the case, stainless steel case usually jeweler's cloth will suffice, or metal polishing cloths if deeper scratches are present.
