Just to share my experience....
After years of not being able to enjoy fully... i finally plucked up my courage to see my GP about my 'little' problem... Ever since young, i have unable to retract my foreskin, hence impeding my 'lil bro's' growth...

After much discussion, finally decided to go for circum op...

Counseling
The specialist will see you and advise you on your problem and give you some advice.You can choose to opt for Local Anesthesia or General Anesthesia, choose Local and you can see your did'is skin being cut and at the same time chit chat with the surgeon! Choose General and you will KO during the Op. You will sign some forms once u have decided to cut and you must take a blood test for health reasons.

Pre-op
You will be given a time to report at the place of surgery and the nurses will get you to change into the hospital gown. No underwear! Once the time is near, they will get you to walk to the Operating Theater and will do some last-minute counseling and pre-op administration. Take note that all our belongings will be locked in a locker that is provided. Once you have entered the OT, they will get you to lie down on the operating bed and the surgeons and doctors will start preping for the op. The last thing i remember before Ko-ing was the nurse putting the gas mask over my face and telling me to breathe slowly and relax.

Post-Op
I only woke up as they were pushing me out from the OT and into the ward, then i KOed again. I woke up again later when the doctor came into the ward and checked on me. He said the op was successful and dun have to worry. Just asked me to rest. I then KO again. After an hour, i finally woke up and the nurse gave me a cup of milo and some biscuits. When i saw my wound, i was quite shocked, all bandaged up and can tell abit bloody. LAter on, the doctor came back again and explained on the operations and the care and concern for the wound. The nurse later came back with the medicine and instructions on how to clean the wound. Then, i went home. WAlking out of the hospital was no easy feat.

Recovery
Doctor gave me 14 days MC! woo hoo! but this 2 weeks was no holiday! I think perculiar to my case, my recovery process took 3-4 times longer than the normal rate. For the first time in my whole almost 30 years of life, i finally saw MY FOREHEAD!!! ahah..so happy!
There will be a follow-up with the doctor in a week's time. Anyway to keep the story short, my stitches fully dropped after a week and the wound started to heal. Most of the wound had healed after around one month, only one perculiar gave me problems cuz it was quite deep down due to my perculiar case.. so after 3 months+.. the wound has healed!! FINALLY!! cant wait to cheong! When i did an 'operating test run' as i wank, the head is very sensitive now and i can shoot more and further... much further!
Cant wait to cheong again! ahaha.. Any recommendations from any bro? hhaha

Overall
THink i made a good decision based on my case cuz the main reason that i went on for this is based on health reasons and not for sexual reasons. And i agree with some of the bros here that pls go for circum if you feel that there's really a need and dun do it just for better sexual performance...

i'm thinking of going for the op as well..but quite sacred of the pain..seems like a horrible process..sme say pain..sme say not pain?

but there's another more worrying thing...i tend to mari kita at least a few times a day..so if i go under the knife..wont i feel painful almost every moment i mari kita?

yeah... i had the same problem during the initial stage of revocery...you will feel some pain when u mari kita... but no worries.. the doctors will prescribed some painkillers for you...

i had mine done almost 10 yrs ago. i can still remember i cum while sleeping the night after the operation. maybe too sensitive. wake up and found semen in my pants

Congrats to those who done it.....it is much cleaner and less prone to sexual disease. I used to have tight foreskin and really painful and get infection often....now I am so free of infection.....

simple day operation....mind u...U R FULLY AWAKE during the operation.

15 mins and it is done...rest in the day bed for 2 hours and then go home...a few days MC and you are back off to work again...but it became highly sensitive because your inner skin is now fully exposed outside forever....

Hm, I had mine done about 10 years ago, but they let me sleep instead of watching them cut it. But, true. it's highly sensitive. I can't wear boxers out anymore.

Initially after circumcision, the cock-head is more sensitive. However over time, it will become de-sensitised. I can now touch the head without feeling "electric" shock.

My conclusion is, I now take longer than my un-circumcised bros to cum. Observed this many times during our trips to some "open" concept joints.
