k-bank 23.38
Siam(red colour baner) bank 23.51
T.T Exchange 23.52

Pattaya Exchange on soi Lk Metro 23.60 But u can negotiate at higher if u change 1000sgd or more.I got it at 23.65.

If you're changing baht in BKK, always go for UOB as normally they will give a higher rate than the rest of the banks maybe because it's SG owned. For cheongsters staying in Ratchada, there's 1 located at Huay Khwang:

There are two UOB in Ratchada, the second branch is located in the Robinson Mall next to the supermarket and foodcourt and the one you refer to is next to the MRT station. For local Thai bank that offer the best rate is Siam City Bank and today UOB rate @ 23.53 bahts.

Juz my 2 satang's worth.... bros waiting for baht to weaken better not hold on too long. Bangkok Bank's snr mgr said today tat he expects rate to strengthen or hold out at current levels until end of the year coz Thai economy shows signs of recovering.
