BS's phone is nomarly off the hook once the bookings are fulll..
Best bet? make a trip down the day before, or early in the afternoon for evening bookings

The only time I managed to get through was during my very 1st trip to BS, not too long ago. Was a sunday evening.. business was slow.. so rooms were available.
