Seriously the local whishky can't compare to those import which we always use to drink in sg and Thailand like chiivas and black.u could go to sm mall hyper mart.there is a liquid stall at the corner of the super market the price is reasonable for 750ml import range.this shop also sell cigar,if that's your kind of thing.a mix favor pack of 5handroll cost only abt 120peso it's bloody cheap and good.love a good glass of chivas and tasting a good cigar on my hotel balcony while watching the world goes by with a syt on my lap.life is good

Yesterday i took a trike all the way from Marquis to 327 Ventura Street looking for a small restaurant housed in a bungalow.

Ordered so many dishes. Price 150peso.

Funny part the filipina lady sells indian n filipina food.

I asked her who buys indian food in a purely filipina neighbourhood.

She said got indian students from india.

What are they studyin in the philippines?

Was checking out the prices of medicines in the phils.

Its so expensive.

Wonder how the locals pay for it?

Looks like medicine mafia around.

The Angeles Medical School is a popular medical school, and helps bring in a lot of 'clean' money to the area .. though Filipinos being Filipinos' call Indians as peodophiles and want them out ..

Bro. Many generics available. Ask for it at the pharmacy. You will see the posters giving the generic alternatives.
Or you can go to The Generics Pharmacy diagonally opposite the Macs at Fields end or at Nepo Mall ground floor in Angeles.
Some locals cannot even afford the generics and just hope for the best. That's why many die at young age. Life is cheap there.

one thing in Philippines, few year ago, when I was hit with something not so nice .. I asked Mercury Drug .. "have anti biotics ? Amox ? " and promptly an answer, you want 1000 mg ? How many you want ? 24 or 50 ?

Now, to get that kind of dosage .. you may have to move heaven and hell anywhere .. and doctors never give more than 12 .. for one week dosage ..

Though I opted to take the 500 mg .. it still stays in my memory ..

Hahaha.the 1st time I drank local rum and coke in ac.I was like why my breath so strong after 2glass.quickly pop a chewing gum thought it's becos of the lack of sleep becomes heaty.but the second time also like this,so I ask them to put calamasi or lemon in.not so bad after all.still prefer chivas or black,gin and ice tea is my fav local mix.even the ladies love to kiss cos they say so sweet,taste good!

For bros who are into kissing.better dun take tanduay rum.they will 'Siam bey hoo you yourself will try brushing your teeth several time and mouth rinse sometime also tak jalan!
