Me too a vegetarain during my last trip, not for one night, but for the whole duration of my trip. Hahaha....first time in so many years in China.

Yesterday went to Top Club Spa and wanted to get a good clean massage. The staff told me must produce IC to book a room for the massage or else can only go to the common resting area for foot massage due to the 严打100日. KNN first time encounter this and since I did not bring my passport, just had some food and left.

Yes. Officially, 严打100天. But, normally first mth very serious, after that life goes on as normal. So stay low profile for next 30 days - 避避风头la.

Bro, I am back in SG now. You can still go normal ktv, those with strong 公安 backing. Avoid those with strong actions or strip ktvs for now.

The sweep involves ktvs, saunas, bbs and hotel also. Civilian police petrol at hotel lobbies to spot suspicious girls. OKTs like Lily are operating behind the scene, so they are safe but not the customers. You are at risk if you call the girl to your room and get caught in your room. It's very troublesome to get caught for such thing in China.

SG is also having big sweep now - election coming? Few days ago, police sweep budget hotels at lavender area. OKTs are using Internet and phone calls for customers. They are playing hide and seek game, but you are playing real physical games in the hotels room. Pls cheong with care.
