Agreed. Once taxi driver knows u r foreigner will try his darn best to bring u to a club that will pay him a commission. Like the old scams "today Grand Palace close, bring u another temple" Best is insist nicely & firmly that you want to go to your preferred destination. If he still persists. Ask him to stop the cab (make sure not some dark & ulu soi), pay him and flag another taxi.

All Thai clubs are fire traps. The management doesn't bother about crowd control. Can squeeze as much as possible to make more bahts is how they do things. Fire safety codes are not strictly enforced. Remember Santika?

First 6 names are "proper" clubs but ONS has been reported in some of them. VVIP is an after hours place, the rest open from 10pm to 2/3am.

Sherbert & Neverland are G clubs - dun waste your time and money here if you are not based in Bangkok on a long term basis i.e. a company posting.

Hollywood is a club but more like FL pick up place. I'm sure if u frequent TDs in Sillypore u will be familiar with the concept minus the LDs and flowers. Baccara & Tilac are AGGs at Soi Cowboy.

Emmanulle and Poseidon are happy endings massage joints where girl usually bathes you b4 any action.
