basically it means that everything u surf will be scrutinised by the State..new National Education programme..hmm

but actually hor there is a router developed by m1 and vodafone which enables u to have wireless connections virtually anywhere in the sun for like 60 bucks per month unlimited usage..dunno good or not..coz it uses 3G network and only 384kbps..haha..imagine all the WLs wif laptops owning one.
