Tracking App… OC wants to install on my phone

My personal view, iOS is the best for you to personally without being tracked. Here's my workaround

1) Get a spare iphone. Sign in normally, except dont activate find my phone function.

2) To access whatapps, use the linked devices as companion funtion.
This way, you are signed in to same whatapps account on 2 phones.

3) Keep the main phone at office and you can use the spare phone to go around but still remain contactable as per main phone. Do remember to make sure your location 'sending' is from main phone.

The contactable part won't work if the couple r very used to calling each other using line instead of WhatsApp..

Tell your OC that many people stopped using this app coz of data privacy concerns for you and the family. You have no idea how the app developers are going to use your data and even track your movement.

And offer alternative for your girl who is going to school. You can try the xiaomi watch that is designed for kids to go school. It has gps and can even do video call if im not wrong. Also, can say giving the kid a smart phone at young age might not be a good idea

Use VPN, it shld show u at some weird country. when asked why during that duration ur app shows u else where, just say is VPN forgot turn off.

If asked why u using VPN, say for work or for mobile game.

this is exactly what i have been doing, except i use whatsapp web to login, so even if she tracks my location, it'll be in office, and i can still reply whatsapp. so if she calls and you find out when you're back in office, just say having meeting. if she whatsapp you "why never pick up my call", just tell her in meeting.

I suggest mindfucking the OC.

Whenever you are at home or at a place that you don't mind the OC knowing, shut off the tracking app.
When the OC checks, video call to confirm your location.
Then say don't know why app not working.

When this happens 3-5 times, it will be an application or system problem, and when you shut off the app, the OC won't be suspicious anymore.

.....unless she starts looking for another app.

But this method should still work nonetheless.
