Police case with SMS intact, that will do sufficient, if he really leaks out, he
will be in even deep shit. The amount of $$$ he has to pay and the risk of
losing his own family, jail terms, etc. If he has brain, he BETTER STOP.

Its not so simple as that joker thinks (to tarnish the gal's reputation). The
gal has little to lose except that people may see her body, and PCC... but
everyone will be supporting the gal and the judge will definitely give the
offender a hard time in jail.

Step 1) Report to police. If taken to court, this fella would have his photographs on every single newspaper and in SBF and glutterpost. BUT i believe newspaper would not publish her name or photo to protect her. power of the women's charter.

Step 2) get her to tape all conversations.get your friend to make friends with this idiots wife, and show all sms and audio recordings.

Step 3) if all else fails, i believe the power of $$, ask her to pay some $$ to square him away.

Blackmail is criminal offense. Three things she can do:

1) Go to the guy's house and lay out everything in front of family (bring along a guy friend for protection)
2) Report police
3) Inform Wan Bao reporters

Just my two cents. Hope everything works out for her. I hate blackmailers.

Yoz bro, like the other bro had said. Make a police report and most important things to do before she log a police report. Do not delete watever SMS he send to her. Save all the msg to show the police while file a report. All those msg he send will do very much help in this case.

This is what i think is ironic. If he blackmails her, he is giving her a chance to negotiate. To keep things under wraps. But then, he will be committing a crime.

Alternatively, he can choose NOT to blackmail her and thus, giving her NO CHANCE to negotiate, and expose her. Then depending on how he does it, he can get away scot free or at most be sued for libel in a civil court (it all depends on how clever or stupid the blackmailer is).

From the looks of it, black mailing may be a better option for her. Because if it was up to me, I will just expose her. Maximum damage to gal. Zero damage to guy.
