Maybe condom also give that affect .

a few tips as below .

Pull back foreskin during urination and use tissue to clean any residue urine .

Use Canesten cream over the counter at guardian during outbreak , it will clear in 2 days time .

As long as the area is clean and dry there is less outbreak .
