Ask her name, from where? what age ? study/work ? just like how you talk when u meet a person you would like to know in a networking event or party. Then if there;s anything interesting or unusual in her reply or body/facial features, make a comment on it.

If u want to go one step further, prepare some bathroom joke, story telling and stuff...

But remember there are always some ppl whom u wont be able to build rapport.
