Many would eventually open a business in Singapore, marry a Singaporean, and label the gents who spent money on them a fool. This is a true story. Look around and you will find. Pierre.

The 8 Best Questions to Ask a Job Interviewer
I had a laugh from a TS, he wrote "Do you like mine short dress?" Back to the topic. Still this country had a big pool of employees against employers. Perhaps the applicant should correct the manager mind set. Employ locals and your country will never go wrong, baby! |

relax, my dear fellow countryman. relax. first off, i would like to say that i'm proud to see that there are people like you, willing to do a part time job that isn't too glorious and support yourself while you do studies in a private college. i guess that having to slog it out yourself makes you feel angry when you see these prc people getting it easy and badmouthing us. guess what, the route that you take is different and when you climb step by step, the way it builds your personality and the experiences you gain are very different. as they say, the path is more important than the destination. secondly, we don't have to get affected by every tom dick and harry who makes some stupid insensitive remarks. if some 16 year old ang beng started spouting vulgarities at you over small matters and challenge you to a fight, would you oblige? a smart person would just walk away, because that shows he's not even worth your time. it's the same case here. walk away and don't get affected - they're not even worth your emotions. lastly, i think our government might not be the best at everything, and might not have on-the-ground experience in many areas, but i think they've been doing a pretty good job so far. while it seems that they might be taking good care or giving these foreigners extra benefits, i think any country's government is just doing this because they believe having them here would boost our country in some way. (and because we don't have any experience governing a country we definitely can't comment on that) when the time comes that they are no longer beneficial to our country they would just be kicked the fuck back to where they belong. it's that simple. |

Re: Need a place to vent
Bro ... make sure you dun let any so called FT climb over your head. I have also experienced the same thing. This is the only country where being an expat or FT is more valued by the government than its own citizens. Do what's right in 2016.

Was traveling in Mrt the other day when I over heard a family of prc who told their kids that Singapore belong to China... I was shocked to heard that ... What I can say is that if the older generation dun educated their youngs... Soon the wrg will be right over years and by then we pure Singaporean will be screwed...

To Vent Angony
Quote:
We have no choice but to live with it. I have mixed with Chinese Mainlanders for many years, believe me, these Chinese Mainlanders (not 'majority' but 'all') are unable integrate into our local society till now. I am afraid the local Chinese still have lots of conflicts with the Mainlander Chinese. It is no hearsay and we can see for ourselves. I have friends deal with Meet-the-People sessions, Chinese Clans, ICA, and etc. It seems like the Mainlander Chinese are very problematic. Our Gov't still absorb them because of Chinese ratio issue and securing the red-thunder votes in the coming GE, There are many social issues happening daily. One of social issues is this -> [watch]. Countries like Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia and etc have the same problems with Mainlander Chinese. In fact, everywhere hated the Mainlander Chinese. |

Re: Need a place to vent
Something is coming I mean the mind set of FT. The 2 biggest group of cheap labour are PRC and Indian. As at today $ is not top of their fucking minds, rather long term living as well as bringing in families to start a new live.
Actually locals don't bother a shit, then as in Yin Mun 2 said "praying towards harbours". This people does not practice and, they left a trail of hatred (enemy) behind them as they live their life in this country. Stupid move may heaven punish them. I beginning to feel the next wave of FTs are not marking down their salaries. Many are keen to live here with accepting lower salary. After relocating they discover limited OT and, expensive life style even for a blue collar worker. He is thinking over an Iphone 6. No worry he could afford it not our problem. This set back might be good for locals because employers had problems in conning them to accept lower pay. He had no choice even if authority do away the manpower quota. Still FTs could not want to live here more so with difficulties in applying PR. Side track on nude models. 2 disturbing movies I spit on your grave 1 (1978), I spit on your grave 2 (2013). Mine negative comments both are cheap in above average entertainment value. Watch it because of recommendation in Internet. Part 2 begins with a pretty girl looking for modelling breaks. She was smart enough not to pull down her bra, she said she don't want her pictures to be sold in Internet. So this is understood in the modelling world, don't let local girls telling us they were con in doing so. Rather broken promise in payment probably, so they let loose still they were cheap to post in the nude. Back to story she was rape and brought to Russia. In that country she was lock up and abuse with a shocking scene. A 50 plus man stink her pussy with an electric baton. How it ends you have to watch it still I find the 1978 version better then the remake version. |

Re: Need a place to vent
Morale of the story. FT are looking forward in starting a new live in this country. If they practice kindness with respects there are no problems in settling down.
But their teachers taught them other wise, piss off locals scare off another FT. But it fails coming to PR because this people all really know the style. Then we locals should never bark down. The only thing worth to mention regarding the 87 year old lady asset. The court must ensure not a single cent goes to that PRC who is a PR. He is nothing but a slippery man, a Chinese term for OKT because such man eat the food out of his girls' heels. |
