Yes, there is one Sunflower Spa @ Tanjong Pagar but this one along Jalan Bukit Merah is actually registered as Sunshine Spa in their directory listing but signboard says "Sun Flower Spa".

Sorry to dig up old thread. Just wanted to post in case other bros searching for the same thing.

Have happy ending but not worth it. ML was old and plump. Entrance was $55/hr, ML kept pestering you to upgrade to $68/hr rate to enjoy teasing massage.

PRC MLs, receptionist was local. Place mainly serves PRCs.
