This is just my opinion... genetics play the biggest part in whether a woman(or guy really) looks youthful for her age. Skin, body type etc. Of cos other factors like diet and stress lvls play a part, but genetics hands down imo biggest factor.

If you look around, there are many local ladies in their 30s whom pay lotta attention in maintaining their looks, but still only look above average or good for [B]their age[B].

I believe in local context, anyone women who is still single at 35 is consider OLD.
As a matter of statistics in singapore, if a women is single at 35, her chance of getting
married is only 2%. thus 98% of those remain single for the rest of their lives.
Having said that, please don't conclude they are no longer attractive at 35 or after.
Some are seriously milfy especially the successful one because they really do groom
themselves well.
