Rent 30m sq condo unit, 5 min walking distance away from Central Festival Pattaya Beach = SGD 50 per nite net price. Got living room + bedroom + small kitchen, includes aircon + TV + washing machine. Condo got swimming pool with great view like 5 star hotel.

BKK got easily find a hotel at SGD60 per nite net. Award winning hotel beside BTS and walking distance to world famous play area.

3 nites at most let u charge $220.
Bus from BKK to pattaya only $10 per trip max. Thats $20.

As for girl, not your girl how can u charge others? Selling a girl who is not yours? Like selling a house on the street which u dont own?
