He is the boss when I atarted going to this hse in 2005, that time he always sleeping at the counter n ler the WL collect money from custimers.now the okt at hse 68 just resigned so he got to look after hse 68 himself.

Chinese saying "不是猛龙不过江", these WLs (either prc, Thai, viets, Indon etc) are nothing innocent when they can go to other country to ply in this trade where the men they're going to meet are not some 善男信女. For good management of these girls, they have to be treated as such, asset, commodity, money making tool. They have to detach themselves from the girls emotionally.

Just imagine if the boss / okt start treating them well or start practicing favouritism, they can start climbing over his head and even shit there. Come up with excuses like sick lah, go out with customers secretly lah, then how? Other girls creating trouble when they see boss practicing favouritism?

End of the day, anything happen to the girls, the bosses have to answer to the boss boss, aka AV.

All these, vs treating them as strictly as possible and emotionally detached from them and less potential problem, I think you guys will agree that if you are the boss or okt, you will also prefer the lesser trouble way.

Last word, I'm not any of the boss or okt hor. All these, I learn about from my friend one.

U dont need to be strict to control people.
That is part of being a leader.

Like in business, if ur employees are in line because they fear u, its not healthy. Sooner or later some where else is gonna have problems in ur business.
Same with kids, they may listen to u becos of fear, once they can go free, who are u to them?
