Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Shaqiri is in top top form now..... I dont understand why Klopp does not want to make full use of him.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
I missed the game but saw the highlights and was hugely satisfied. Liverpool beat Man United who had been our biggest rivals in EPL.
Liverpool next 7 games will be defining the season. Watford (A), Nov 24 @ 11pm - Won 3 pts Paris Saint-Germain (A), Nov 29 @ 4am - Lost Everton (H), Dec 3 @ 12.15am - Won 3 pts Burnley (A), Dec 6 @ 3.45am - Won 3pts Bournemouth (A), Dec 8 @ 8.30pm - Won 3 pts Napoli (H), Dec 12 @ 4am - Won - qualify CL Man United (H), Dec 17 @12am - Won 3 pts Top of the table after 17 matchday. Simply unreal.

Klopp is now playing at more sustainable pace compared to last season. Saw JM post match comments and he said Liverpool was playing at 200 mph, he was tired watching Robertson sprinting 100m every minute. Hahaha |

I feel for Alisson because that is a mix of bad luck and weird situation.
Midfield was good especially Fabinho is our future defensive midfielder who I hope provides that shield. Once again the forwards could have done more with United so bad in the middle we could have trashed them.

Fantatstic game.
You guys deserve to be at the top... JK is wiser this season - playing at a slower than frenetic pace and with ample good players in the squad to rotate around... The titlle is now in your hands ... just continue playing well and stay above Man C. Cheers..

Actually Alisson caught the ball well. It is his own knee that knocked the ball out of his own hands. Weird situation but just an unfortunate rare occurrence.

Good performance as we were all over Man United and pushed them hard. Could have tried to force Man United into making more mistakes.
Again Salah showed he is better on the right wing. Now the problem is Mane is more comfortable on the right too. 19 points between us and Man United. The focus should now be on the next match which is tricky. Champions League wise we are to face Bayern Munich. Very tough team but I believe we can give them a good match and win. |

Drawing Bayern Munich is not too bad, at least Klopp have plenty of experience with their players and playing style.
But then February is still long way to go. |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
We are in a very good place and just need to keep the momentum going.
Shout out to Clyne for putting in a respectable performance considering that he has not played top flight football for a very long time. Indicates that our squad does indeed have strength in depth. Fabinho looks the real deal, enough said. Shaqiri once again showing that he is the bargain buy of the season. Another good sign is that Alisson's mistakes thus far have cost us nothing compared to him saving us the full 3 points in other games, long may this continue. The CL Bayern Munich tie also looks real tasty. Am sure Klopp and Shaqiri in particular will be up for it. Roll on to Wolves next at the Molineux. Tough match against a Portuguese manager who is on the up We need to be prepared which I am sure we will. |
